RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please contact +6012-2918166 incase of emergency.

Order(s) will be deemed accepted unless we have notified you that we do no accept your order. 

Non acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the followings: 

  1. The product(s) that you have ordered is no longer available.
  2. Our inability to obtain authorisation or confirmation from your payment.
  3. The indicated price of a product is found to be inaccurate.

It is not advisable for you to cancel your order once your order have been placed. We will not refund your payment even if you return the products to us in good condition.
